Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
There are no refunds on coaching and consulting when client and coach have already met because once the coach spends time with the client, either party cannot get time back. Coach Brianca cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on the client's openness to being coached and the client's willingness to do the work. Upon providing deposit or full program package payment client is authorizing coach to process client's payment. If you are unhappy with your purchase, there are no refunds for client's whom have purchased package in full. For client's who are on a payment plan there are no refunds, only a cease in collecting future payments.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again. However we recommend upgraded your coaching sessions to a 3-week mini-package to save money and gain more from your sessions.
